Barnet Council needs to get back to the negotiating table with a ln acceptable offer & start treating these dedicated social workers with respect.

Went to Palestine Camp at SOAS. Students held a moving tribute to journalist Shireen Abu Alekh on anniversary of her murder by IDF. I attended her commemoration service 2 years ago as Secretary of the NUJ Parliamentary Group. Now 140 journalists bern killed in Gaza since October.

People are desperately trying to leave Rafah as the Israelis attack. Nowhere is safe & there is nowhere that has the facilities to cope with such a large movement of people. Our government stands on the sidelines & does nothing to halt this.They are detestable & beneath contempt.
