The original #RentersReformBill had the potential to improve the health and wellbeing of private rented tenants across the country.

Its amended form, back in Parliament today, removes some of the security tenants need to live in safe, secure homes that do not harm their health.

10years ago the NRAD report looked into asthma deaths. 2/3 were preventable by better NHS care and better self-management.
Recommendations were made but not actioned.
Nothing has changed.
Deaths are still happening.
Many are avoidable.
