Does statistical learning actually engage language-specific brain regions? Not so much... In my latest paper in Cerebral Cortex with Zhenghan Qi we find SL and language processing jointly engage the Left Posterior Temporal Gyrus, but no other regions: academic.oup.com/cercor/articleā¦
