It’s LAUNCH Day! Thank you Civil Air Patrol 🛩️

Today as I honored some of my very dedicated students in my own version of a NASA pinning ceremony I had chills (and it wasn’t from the heat index on the very warm third floor). It was because I sensed the immense potential standing before me.

Do you know that none of these students had ever built a rocket and prepared for a launch? Thanks to Civil Air Patrol 🛩️ they have and they will! #STEMisaVERB
