Today marks the end of an era as the Center for Civil Society Studies ends operations following the passing of Center Director Lester Salamon. You can read our announcement here: ccss.jhu.edu/center-closing/ I'll highlight some important points in this 🧵:

The outcomes of the JHU Center for Civil Society Studies work reflect the collective perspectives of so many research partners. We are indebted to our long-time and valued colleagues, Megan Haddock and Stefan Toepler for their dedication to bringing one of Dr. Salamon's final works to fruition.
