One of the key development strategies that global South countries should adopt is South-South swap lines, to obtain necessary resources and technologies outside of the US dollar and euro and therefore with substantially less exposure to unequal exchange.

A better world is possible. But just saying this is not enough. Such a future must be seized, and achieving this will require a struggle for national liberation and economic sovereignty in the global South.
