Nobody is immune to the long-term effects of a bad diet.

Your 70-year old self will suffer for what you're eating today.

Imagine how you would look if you were lean with zero excess fat, had a flat tummy, and even with visible abs.

Why don't you make that your goal? Why don't you make yourself your next big project?

Do you need my help? I have a program designed exactly for that.

Something you need to know about carbohydrates:

The minimum human requirement for carbohydrate is zero.

This is because your body can easily synthesize all the glucose it requires.

So—unlike with fats and protein—as your carbohydrate intake approaches zero, there is no known

Protein is so important.

The amount of protein you take has a direct effect on your appetite.

If you don’t get enough protein from a meal/snack, you will tend to keep eating until you do.

With a high protein breakfast:

- Stable blood sugar & insulin levels

- No blood sugar & insulin rollercoaster

- Steadily high energy levels

- Less cravings

- More mental clarity

Have a high protein breakfast. If not, skip the damn breakfast.

By definition, 'dieting' is temporary and restrictive.

It is complicated, too difficult, requires great willpower, and it is unsustainable.

Simply change your diet to traditionally healthy foods rich in protein, fats, and fibre.

Don't do “dieting.” “Change your diet” instead.

Don't diet.

Just eat real whole foods and hydrate.

Avoid processed, refined, hybridized, and chemical-laced foods.

Do that on repeat, forever.

When getting older, don't only focus on getting richer, but also prioritize getting healthier.

Accumulating wealth over the years only for sickness, pain, or immobility to deny you the freedom to enjoy it is a pity.

Being healthier as you get older means you get to enjoy life

It's 2024, and there are people who are still afraid of eating 'too much' meat & eggs.

But they aren’t afraid of eating processed/refined foods.

What is their logic?

Are you hungry all the time?

It's because you don't eat enough protein.

Eat more protein-rich foods. Problem solved.

Humans are the only species smart enough to have food available all the time, but dumb enough to eat all the time.
