It's important when talking about rent debt to not obscure something super important — people aren't being "evicted." Someone is *DOING THE EVICTING.* Who? Well, it would be super difficult to tell — except we can because we created an eviction defense tool in California.

I haven't been able to take Tai Chi lessons for a while. But my former instructor is offering this 8-week course, and I told him I'd spread the word. It started Friday. You could almost certainly still start this week, though.

DON'T DO IT! KEEP EACH OTHER SAFE.

More reason for someone to work on a book, "The Top Quintilians v. the Rest of Us," or something like that... It's a project I've been contemplating but likely won't start anytime soon. So it's totally cool if anyone wants to snag the idea and run with it.
