This is such a massive achievement for our study, which will determine whether the antidepressant sertraline is helpful in treating anxiety in autistic adults. With the biggest of thanks to every single one of our 318 participants!

In addition, over half our our participants have now completed their participation in the study, reaching week 52.

Data collection for the trial is expected to be complete by the end of October 2024.

This means that 92% of our participants in the STRATA trial returned the main questionnaire 16 weeks after enrollment. This asks key questions about participants' mental health, which will be used to determine whether sertraline is effective in treating anxiety in autistic adults

We are very pleased to share that we have achieved a retention rate of 92% for our primary outcome at 16 weeks
