The 2024 Sting draft class has been having a great preseason, accounting for 50% of Sarnia's goals. Alessandro Di Iorio (2G/1A), Beckham Edwards (2G/1A), and Ryan Chamberlain (2G) are all tied for the team lead in preseason goals with returnee Ryan Brown.

Nice little play from three 17 year olds. Barr to Sim to Brown who gets his 2nd of the night & 4th of the pre season. #Sting

Who else but Ryan Brown to get Sarnia's 3rd of the night which is also his 3rd of the night! Another great pass by James Barr, too.

A slow start plagued the Sting in a 6-3 loss to the London Knights tonight. The Knights began the game by scoring six unanswered goals to put the game out of reach. Ryan Brown provided the offence for the Sting with a hat trick of powerplay goals

The Sting got out to a fast start propelling them to a 5-3 win over the London Knights. Easton Wainwright, Alessandro Di Iorio, Tyson Doucette, and Mitch Young gave Sarnia a 4-0 advantage. London fought back and got within one but Ruslan Karimov scored an ENG to seal it

The Sting add some forward depth, acquiring Kaeden Johnston from the London Knights after Carson Hall and JJ Franceschetti went out with injuries this weekend. Johnston had a big preseason, putting up 8 points in 4 games. The 6'1" winger had 10 points with London last season

@StingUpdates (@stingupdates) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Seca interviewed w/the observer after yesterday's trade - They've been after Johnston for a little while. Feels there's more in him with bigger opportunity - Hall is out 6-8 weeks - Kostuch began skating this week - Bridgewater&Franceschetti are D2D theobserver.ca/sports/local-s…
