February 5th OKCPD working w/Oklahoma Co. Sheriff stopped two separate vehicles for traffic violations on NE 36th near Bryant Ave. Officers smelled marijuana from one vehicle, & upon investigation found over 123lbs of meth, & 1lb of marijuana. 4-people were arrested. #23-8430
