All of these paid “mentorship” subscriptions for medical students popping up on social media are so cringe/predatory. Do not pay for mentorship. They are not your mentor, they are using your anxiety for cash flow and hoping for “mail box money”. Plenty of real mentors out

I am so, so sorry. When I’ve lost people, I always remind myself that they still live on in me, through their impact on me and my memories of them. And I ask myself if they would want me to stop moving forward - the answer is always no. But it is also OK to give yourself time.

Good Luck to all those applying in #match2025 Take a deep breath and have faith. Do not worry about interview totals or what others are doing. You all have worked your tail off to get to this moment. Now it's time to prioritize you. Focus on finding the right place for you.

Every professional organization in medicine should denounce the involvement of private equity in healthcare. They should send a clear message to their young physician members that PE is bad for hospitals, private practices, and patients. They won’t do it, but they should.

AOCPMR has played a huge role in everything I've accomplished as a medical student. I'm honored to serve as the president of the medical student council for the upcoming year! I can't wait to see all the things we accomplish this year 🫶🏽💝
