Dear @LornaSlater, as you know the new First Minister, has promised a 1-year grace period for SMEs, however we urge you to pause and revise the proposed DRS scheme with input from the 'real industry'. This will help ensure that the scheme works fairly for everyone.

Surely it would be cheaper to train every dog in Scotland to collect litter than the current costs involved in Lorna Slater’s DRS. (There are approx 680,000 dogs in Scotland) What about having a Dogs Recycling Scheme instead?
