When the bride and maid of honour both rock the alcohol free wedding look 🎉 We both have bipolar, and for us, less alcohol= more stability. Learning to be comfortable going alcohol free in a situation surrounded by drinking can be so freeing 🍹

I love this pic of baby Murph and me! But I remember how sad I felt. It was during lockdown. Another miserable, lonely walk to the park. I sat on the bench wondering how we were going to make it through another day. Having a baby during Covid was the hardest part of my life!
