Today during an annual review I had an employee tell me he's learned a lot from my mgmt, not only for work but for his household. He discussed using my weekly 1:1 prompts (What did you learn this week? Recount recent triumphs. etc) with his daughter. Best review ever! 🥰

What is meditation? It's a way to put a pause on our fast lives. It's a way to take a minute to yourself and block out the world.

How has learning to code changed YOUR life?

Learning to code 👩🏽‍💻 has changed everything for me. I remember when I was in the middle of my 1st bootcamp, I described it as “I’m using the other half of my brain for the first time”.

So PROUD of you. From day 1 to now, you’ve grown so much. ✨🫶🏼

For me… the brain fog and feeling overwhelmed 😭
