a minor thing, but the price of everything seems to have gone up--except some random things, including bananas. Has anyone else noticed how cheap bananas are? They stay the same price year round, and never seem to get expensive. Does anyone actually know why? Seems important.

Incredibly well written op-ed on why and how Ann Arbor public schools imploded. It comes down to b r e a t h t a k i n g arrogance and elitism. I know AAPS isn’t alone among other “elite” school districts. And yes the school closures are closely connected to it’s demise.

This seems like a huge story. Wonder why it isn’t getting any attention.
