Ever since my thyroid went to shit I've had multiple health issues. I'd say about 90% of those cleared up after taking sea kelp supplements. Crazy how nature gives us cures unlike big pharma who just create customers.

My oldest turned 28 today. Twenty bloody eight. I feel like a relic.

Yesterday would have been Paul's 61 birthday. He was a great dad and friend. Killed by the AZ jab on Christmas day 2021. The kids miss him loads as do I. I'll never forgive these evil bastards for what they have done.

Just recieved yet another text from the GP surgery that abandoned us in 2020 telling me measles cases are on the rise and I should get my boy his booster... not a chance. The mmr damaged him and that's why he never got another jab since.
