easyJet My sons flight got cancelled last week with less than 3hrs notice. Due to circumstances he was told by ground staff to book one of 3 hotels & claim the money back. He done this and now claim rejected as it was was a private arrangement. Who can I contact to sort please?
F. ReideasyJet I beleive they have to provide accommodation if required. They should book but if they don't you book a reasonable hotel and claim back. Don't be put off by them. Keep going till you get money back
