Good to spend the morning at Tring Park School with new Principal Simon Larter-Evans. Great to tour the school and see so many very talented young people, many of whom will go on to enjoy careers in acting dance and music. Proud to be your Vice-President.
Congratulations to the 10 #Hertfordshire businesses who have been awarded The King's Awards. Another fantastic year the county’s business community and for these great organisations. I look forward to presenting your awards later in the year. Let’s hope more follow their example.

Wonderful to see His Majesty King Charles out about. How poignant that his first engagement is to a #cancer centre meeting patients and staff. My own family are in the midst of cancer treatment so know how patients and their families feel. The Royal Family Cancer Research UK

Great to attend the #StGeorge ’sDay parade in #StAlbans with about 1,000 local Scouts,Cubs,Beavers and Squirrels together with Herts High Sheriff. As President of Hertfordshire Scouts -special thanks to the many Leaders and adult volunteers who make scouting possible.
