Wild Combesgate garlic pesto with walnuts, olive oil and Parmesan, used as flavouring for roast vegetables, then popped in a @tesco wild garlic ciabatta (who knew?) from Ilfracombe. Pretty darned delicious though I say so myself.

How to capture Lundy’s magic? Puffin island in Finnish - haven for wildlife with a marine protection zone (rats eliminated.) We went specifically to see the puffins spotted some (218 in 2024)
And did you know that the collective for puffins is a circus of puffins? I love that.
