We’re back out with our Joy of Moving UK programme!
Week 4 is about using the information from the Eat Well Guide and designing well balanced meals!

The girls were shocked as we were to find out what can happen if you trespass on railway lines 🛤️🚞
We all agreed it’s definitely not worth it!
A fantastic week at Wester Hailes with our free course supported by Scottish Gas
Each day every player got a snack and drink to help keep them hydrated and fuelled!
