Thoughts on Baker: good 3-pitch mix, love the Changeup and >30% K% w/low BB%. Consistent with other Rays RHRs who have good vertical separation on their respective Changeups (Uceta, Orze, Englert). Each of those guys has >25% CH usage vs righties. Baker currently uses it 11%.
