Today many of us H&Hers, both in groups, in person and virtually, went for a run together to kickstart the month on a healthy high and to earn some points as we compete against each other on Myzone . Of course we picked the day when it rained in the middle of summer 🤣

Our Helen used her runner-up winnings from our Euro's sweepstakes to purchase these adorable teddy bears for charity last month. They'll be used by the team at HEY Children's Uni as prizes for tombolas and raffles to raise funds for disadvantaged children.
