🗣CRRT does not Rx lactic acidosis. Rx of lactic acidosis is source control. In severe acidemia CRRT can provide bicarbonate in an isovolemic way to buffer lactic acid. Sometimes bicarbonate can improve with CRRT but AGAP can remain ⬆️ if lactate ⬆️
