A key upgrade was replacing Auth0 with WorkOS, and I wish I'd made the switch sooner. Their streamlined configuration, lovely docs, flexible API, and the ability to customize auth UI/UX beyond their offering, is a significant advantages over our previous solution.

Renewing SAML certificates is a major pain when building SSO. It's like a customer's credit card expiring, except they can't sign in to your app! 😵 But if you use WorkOS, you'll never need to think about this. Problem deleted. ✅
