Just got a really nice email from someone about the Book Lover's Quiz Book and the May The Betsey Trotwood Book Quiz is nearly sold out already (it's not for 3 weeks). A good day!

This was excellent. I'm a big fan of near future sci-fi & this is a great example. A book that raises big questions whilst being eminently readable with believable characters (both robot and human). Just a bloody good read. Out now.

My debut collection of short stories is published today!

Thanks to Steve at Black Shuck for all the work he's done putting it together, and thanks to everyone who has read it, reviewed it and pre-ordered it so far.

Argh. It's a real book lads.

Bit late to this but Pierce Brosnan as Ron?? That’s so odd. I would have thought Ray Winstone (best would have been Bob Hoskins). Other 2 are spot on mind.

When the first Pale Saints album came out I rushed to JAT records in Wakefield. '4 free tea towels!' said a sticker on the front, but I only found postcards. When I asked at the counter the man (rightly) laughed and said 'erm I think it's a joke?'. I wanted those tea towels.

Only just heard this very sad news. I have always loved that first Pale Saints LP and Graeme's guitar sound is a huge part of that. Gone far too soon.
