Just bear in mind that prices are 15% higher than two years ago and 20% higher than three years ago. Measured by the RPI which includes more housing costs, they are 20% and 29% higher.

So who are the 100,000 'shirkers' being stripped of benefit?
Turns out this could mean closing claims of 'those who have 6 months or more of a nil award which can happen if someone is persistently sanctioned or no longer qualifies'
= stripped of something they're not getting
