It may be obvious but I found that good quality and enough are crucial to my wellbeing and productivity.

Going to bed in time and some of these tips do really help.

I've started using dictation more often but find the default iOS output a bit lacking where I need to do many corrections before I can use my text.

So curious if there are good alternatives.

It seems that iOS reminders dos supports NLP for quick entry.

However, with quirks.

- Date & time do not get removed from the text.
- You need to click the 'suggestion' above the keyboard before it gets applied.
And this suggestion is only visible on the default keyboard...

Time tracking (via Tana) is a great way to help me stay on top of how much time I spend on things.

This for better future planning.

Which as you see, can use some improvements.

The reality of more than 1 hour is a lot more than my 30-minute estimation🤔

Since finishing my marathon last Sunday, exceeding my expectations, I feel unstoppable.

I never knew that such an event could be so life-changing.

Again my hat off to Stryd | Run With Power for getting me in shape and helping me believe.

I started conservatively during the marathon but increased my pace as kilometers passed by.

Finishing time almost matching the estimation 😮

When I try to do it they always come out with spacing in between.

While I love Tana, I always needed help searching and linking since everything is a node.

That until I started using 'build from fields'.

I added an icon for every supertag, making it easy to skim through a list to find my 'main' nodes in the sea of regular ones.

Been playing around with ChatGPT and Pi for getting some daily advice and while allowing both complete freedom they generated almost the same on the first attempt 😲
