Tesco are so difficult to get ahold of! I’m trying to get an account amended or closed as my Grandad passed away. I’ve been hung up on before getting to a human and it’s took four requests on WhatsApp before getting a bot response saying a real person will contact me in an hour

Just Eat UK My food took an hour from ordering to arrive because you couldn’t find a driver. The food arrived cold and when I flagged this on the app I get a message saying you can’t offer a refund and nothing more can be done?!
