Good Law Project I do not stand with her. Jurors swear to make decisions in accordance with law, in respect of which they *must* follow judicial direction. What jurors have is an immunity if they break their pledge. This does not stop the law punishing a 3rd party exhorting their misconduct.
Ben Williams Good Law Project I'm not qualified to argue the legal points, but doesn't it strike you as ridiculous to prosecute someone for holding a sign outside a court that repeats what an official plaque inside the court says?
