First 5k in almost 2 months.
Sadly tore some ligaments in my ankle on tour which had me off my feet for a hot minute. Probably stupidly kept working throughout which didn’t let it heal. Delighted to be back on it. God knows I needed that today.

Love the synchronicity between a week were personally I’m really annoyed/ angry and the release of a new Knocked Loose album.
That’s the release you need appearing just when required

My calendar has opened up a bit from June 13th onwards.
