Normally when companies announce they are cutting 10% of global heads (140K x 10% x $100K/head =$1.4B/year = +$.30/share EPS), markets cheer. Not with $TSLA (-5% today). Investors assuming the worst.

This is not good for $TSLA P/E if true.
