Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo has avoided damage to his left Achilles tendon – a best-case outcome – and his return to play is based on treatment and rehab response for strained calf, league sources tell The Athletic Stadium.

Bucks coach Doc Rivers tells reporters that Giannis Antetokounmpo is undergoing testing for his left calf, an MRI and that Antetokounmpo just left a little while ago to get it done.

The fact Giannis is walking on his leg is a good sign. Seems more like a calf strain then the A word. Hoping for the best! 🤞🏾
