From outside, it really looks like if your game gets picked up by a "big" publisher, then that means you've found success... they're really just there if you don't have the means to fund your game, which is part of why people always tell you to start small or part-time

I'd trust anyone else's vibe on the average rev share over mine. I have my little collection of deals, but it's rather small. Still, when I was in the market for a pub pre-COVID it felt like deals were 70/30 (dev favor) average. Did pubs get better? Do they do more now? 🤔🤔🤔

OH. This is a fun question. If I try to be fair to BOTH dev and full service pub, also try to stay close to our current models: 65/35 Pub until recoup, then flip. Also a time cap ~7 years from launch. I wanna hear more answers, please tweet your ideas.
