Hey, UPS - the tracking on my parcel hasn’t changed for 3 days and you automated chat bot keeps just referring me to a claims page. Isn’t there anyone that can give me information about whether my parcel is lost or not before I start filling out claim forms?

I’ve always avoided the ‘block’ button as I don’t think its fair to not consider both sides of an opinion, but now I’ve used it once, silencing bigots is actually very therapeutic!
