I admire the strength of the Mothers of #Srebrenica . And I fully support their statement. Also, high time for the UN to take its part of responsibility for what it allowed to happen.

The goal of the Srebrenica resolution is to pay tribute to victims, and support survivors, families of victims. Милорад Додик wants to transform a debate about it into a political debate about other issue. He doesn't want to talk about the victims. We shouldn't help him to do it.

As the presidential speechwriter, I wrote this about the UNGA resolution on the 🇺🇦: “Although this resolution does not have the power to stop the war, it does have the power to stop the lies.”

Same goes for the UNGA resolution on the Srebrenica genocide!

Internationals have a duty to help #BosniaHerzegovina stop #Dodik seceding. During the 90’s not only we did not help. We imposed an arms embargo as well and created fake safe zones helping the Serbs. Now we need to guarantee Bosnians that we can protect them.

2. I am stating that I haven’t received even 1 cent of grant from any Western country / organization since 2007. The only modest grant I have received in the last 5 years has been not for advocacy but research, and it has been from an Armenian organization.

After Bosnian Serb Army murdered 8.000 men and boys in Srebrenica, they moved their remains from primary to secondary and tertiary mass graves to hide the traces of the crime.

What Александар Вучић is doing now by denying genocide is something similar. He is trying to hide traces.

If I hear people saying that there is absolutely no risk of a war I want them to listen to everyone of these speeches. No it’s not immediate risk. But yes the risk is very much present. And should not be underestimated. #BosniaHerzegovina
