Fede’s intern Thx. Indeed we used binary fields (and subfields) in the original ZK-STARK 2018 paper. I really really love binary fields. I guess I love all small fields.

With Aligned Layer you can move whenever you want.
You just verify the proofs and we post them wherever you want and then we aggregate them and verify them in Ethereum.
Very easy plug and play that you can remove whenever you want.
This is a great initiative by the Privacy & Scaling Explorations team of the Ethereum Foundation.
My only critic is that the program should contain hash based PCS too, not only elliptic curve ones.
