Eigg celebrates 27 years in community ownership on 12 June. Island historian Camille Dressler's exhibition "Eigg in 27 Objects" includes a commemorative (empty) bottle of Talisker whisky & a hair ornament gifted by Mi'kmaq Chief Stone Eagle in 1994.

ESIN mourns the passing of former Chair John Walsh of Bere Island, Cork. John was hugely instrumental in progressing opportunities for the smaller island of Europe. His kindness, patience, and good nature will be remembered always. RIP John.
