In a formation document, a bank employee listed Cohen’s description of the Essential Consultants LLC as “a real estate consulting company to collect fees for investment consulting work he does for real estate deals.” Farro’s testimony is done for the day.

Farro testified that Michael Cohen was his client when Farro worked at First Republic Bank. Farro said he was likely selected to inherit Cohen as a client because of Farro's ability 'to handle individuals that may be a little bit challenging.'

The next witness is Gary Farro, a private client advisor at Flagstar Bank.

'Correct,' Graff replied. She testified earlier that she is here pursuant to a subpoena.

Graff testifies the when she saw Stormy Daniels at Trump Tower, she assumed Daniels was there in connection with 'The Apprentice.'

During cross, Graff testifies that 'The Apprentice' elevated Trump to 'rock star status.'

Trump's contact card for Stormy Daniels said simply 'Stormy,' with a cell phone number, per evidence.

Graff testifies that Donald Trump kept contacts in the Trump Organization computer system for Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels.
