Been a bumpy road as of late, lots of up an downs, but extremely happy to report. Down 100 lbs finally, and sustaining. Did this before the 2 year mark of the heaviest I have ever weighed. Next goal is another 35 lbs by Jan 1st. The rate I am losing this is a challenge.
