This morning we are super excited to start our new reading book, 'Oliver and the Seawigs'! We have spent the lesson making predictions based on the front cover. We have also made a list of questions that we have about the text. 🧐🌊📖

After spending a lesson editing our drafts, we are redrafting our Ancient Egypt information texts today with handwriting pens and leaflet templates. I'm super proud of how the children take such care with their presentation! 🤩✍️

Miss Steer has taken 4 Y6 members of Amethyst class Welbourn to Caythorpe this afternoon for a C4L transition event. This event is all about meeting new people and teamwork which will help them for their transition into secondary school🏃🏼‍♀️🏃
