it’s the same story at the nycm every year — you’re posted up and somehow still miss your friends because there are thousands of people, and the live tracker is off. someone should build a spectator app that lets you point your camera and sounds an alarm when your friend runs by

We backed Jordan Singer's prev co (acq. by Figma). We also backed his second co, Mainframe. They're building something new and want to get feedback from small teams (<10 people). DM Jordan if you're keen to share. :)

we're sad to move on from Cobot, but excited for what's to come as we keep on building I shared this note with our investors:

photoshop and after effects are some of my favorite power tools. i learned them once when i was 11 and can still control them in my sleep because the ui & shortcuts never change. all while complex actions like removing backgrounds are now 1-click. wonderful pieces of software.

once you've been in a figjam-heavy culture it's hard to go back. i live in figjam nowadays — i use it for meetings, task tracking, design flows, and code architecture. it's the only tool i feel like i really need besides my ide.

startup launch videos are captivating when they're proof of the team's storytelling, creativity, and effort. even a founder in a room can be interesting because they have to nail the pitch. today's videos only prove you can pay an agency $15K, which is why they're forgettable

cursor composer-1 is really special. what a joy to be in the loop again when programming vs. dozing off for 15 mins and coming back to changes i don't like.

i love Cursor plan mode but now i want 'stacked plans' create a complex feature by writing a stack of plans — that auto update when i change downstream plans. build button would create Graphite stack + have review mode that lets you and agent finalize from bottom to tip

a mcp checklist for your company, from someone who has integrated one too many: - ask yourself: do people actually want the tools you're willing to expose? - always offer a remote mcp - don't have a client allowlist, or at least document it! - support dynamic client registration
