NEW: A felony charge against a Fox 7 Austin photographer have been dismissed, his attorney, Gerry Morris confirms. The DPS detective in the case withdrew a warrant after acknowledging it did not allege a felony crime but could later resubmit it later, Morris said.

UPDATE: Travis County Attorney Delia Garza releases a statement saying that she and UT are in discussions about how to move forward following dozens more arrests Monday.

NEW: After backlash and questions about legality, the University of Texas is now clarifying its ban of arrested students’ return to campus, saying they can do so for academic reasons and to “access university resources upon approval.”
