Here is the adjustment in HS recruitment in the portal era: move your HS player projection down. G5 HS players are now FCS guys. FCS guys are now D2/NAIA. If you have a P4 player, he has to prove that he's a P4 player by the end of his Junior Year to get/keep that offer. #GrindOn
