This morning: 18-year-old Cynsere Grigsby faces charges of receiving stolen property & felony obstruction in connection to the deadly East Price Hill shooting investigation Today, Judge Tyrone Yates ruled a 25,000 dollar Cash bond for each charge. FOX19 NOW
