How this morning is going.

Getting in the beautiful fall walks. In this weather between 2 1/2 and 3 hours. Between 16 to 18 km’s. Must include 20 minute climb to pump the heart rate. Day starts with feeding my 4 cats, housework and yard. Then I volunteer some evenings with Air Cadets. No time for grumpy.

Another day of treats.

Always enjoy CFL game. Score didn’t work in our favour but a great evening.

Going to Battle of Britain parade this afternoon at the Military Museum 14.00. Small offering on my part considering the 29 Canadian pilots who perished in the Battle of Britain. Lest we forget.
