DAPHE was the worst thing I did, trying to manage my #T1D I gained ~4kgs with the advice that I need carbs & “Eat what you like, just inject to correct”! Please WAKE UP! T1D cannot process carbs like non diabetics!! Dieticians still giving this advice need to be reprimanded!
