Just over half way and the race is altogether with the Spokes team all looking comfortable in the bunch!

2nd lap of 6 to the finish and still altogether...

2 laps to go and there a several small groups off the front with all of the Spokes boys needing to force a move from a main bunch that seem to have sat up... come on!

All back together going into the final lap... all of the Spokes riders have done well to stay in the main bunch - anyone’s now!

Big bunch finish for stage 4 - Spokes boys all in amongst it and finished safely. Time for some post race Belgian streetfood?

Team talk for the final stage - we are sitting inside the top 10 Team Classification (ahead of Ag2r!) Looking to improve on that! Kontich 4 Day 🇧🇪

Two riders off the front with about 20 secs, third of the race gone. Spokes all in the main peloton.

Coming back together on lap 4!

Group of riders trying to pull away from the bunch but Spokes George Woods gets his head down and kicks to bridge across!

Riders popping off the front like fireworks along the main straight here but it’s all back together at the halfway point.

Race completely blown apart now - 2 riders with 10 seconds, next group of 8 at 23 seconds, third group with Aaron King in it at 38 seconds and the rest of the team in the main peloton!

All of the front groups have come together to form a bunch of about 30 riders with Spokes Aaron King and George Woods working nicely in it! Adam Mitchell is in a small group trying to chase the leaders with Scott Howieson and Rory McGuire pushing along in the peloton-2 laps left

And onto the last lap! Aaron and George still in the leading group with the shot at a win...!!!

All across the line and safely back at the car, results to follow... Brilliant effort from the whole team this weekend in Kontich Belgium 🇧🇪

On our way back from 🇧🇪 after a great solid performance from the guys. Great team TT, great ITT😁 Finished 8th Team, Aaron 18th on GC and 6th young rider. Very proud of the them! Thanks to Team JRC and Leslie Bike Shop for allowing George Wood and Rory Mcguire to guest for us👍
