CSF leaks caused by interventions to treat CSF leaks. This young woman suffered a sacral CSF leak from a Tarlov cyst that was treated with a lumbar drain. The original leak was sealed but the CSF leak caused by be lumbar drain persisted ⁦spinalCSFleak⁩ #TarlovCyst #CSFleak

Nice images from a recent prone digital spinal myelography for #SIH with spinal longitudinal CSF collection. #DSM trickier than for CSF-venous fistula bc there is no sink clearing contrast from the epidural space. You've got one shot!
