Exciting time ... my brain child is growing.. my Microbiome -AMR project in Dhaka has kicked off .. few snaps from the sample recruitment phase ... feeling motivated 🥰😇 All thanks to my Michael Beverley Fellowship and the International Strategic Fund (ISF), University of Leeds

I am absolutely privileged by the hospitality of my Dhaka collaborator Dr Abdullah Yusuf and thankful for introducing me to the other potential collaborators😇🙏. Visiting Neurosciences Institute, talking to researchers, meeting project participants.. a very fruitful day 😇

Congratulations to Professor Mark Wilcox and Shekhar Biyani who have both been recognised in the King’s New Year’s Honours. Professor Wilcox receives an OBE for services to Healthcare, particularly during Covid-19, and Mr Biyani receives a BEM for services to Medical Education.

December was full of excitement. Great achievement of our collaborators, our AMR Microbiome project is Dhaka (#DhakagutAMR) is moving in full swing. I have visited Dhaka and we had a community engagement day and lots of interest from the participants. Have a great 2024 😇. #MBIF
